Ball valve seats

The PTFE seats are widely used throughout the range of ball valves and provide timeless sealing performance due to the polymer properties (low friction, very good temperature resistance, low permeability and good resistance to chemicals).
Pagnoni Srl is able to produce several profile and shape seats with many different PTFE-based polymers and other engineering plastics.

PTFE O rings
Are usually used in the static sealing system between two standing surfaces and in some cases with slowly rotating surfaces. Whenever the chemical and thermal resistance of elastomers is no longer sufficient, a PTFE O-ring is the right solution.

Support rings 

(Or back up) are used to avoid the evasion of the rubber O-ring at high pressure. Back Up rings are either simply twisted or slit for easier assembly.
There is a wide range of back-up rings in the most common MS27595 & MS28774 standards to be used in conjunction with standard rubber O-rings.

Washers and rings
Are turned parts in simple geometry and are probably the most commonly used seals. They are used as a static seal when used at high or low temperatures and in connection with aggressive acids or liquids. They can be produced in different diameters and thicknesses according to your wishes.

The modified PTFE in the sealing system is widely used in the threaded seals in the heating and sanitary sector with the following advantages:
The use and installation offer better sealing properties and a simpler application. The assembly and disassembly of these components does not affect their sealing characteristics. The installation of these accessories can be carried out without specialist staff.
This system can also successfully be used in compressed air technology with the same advantages.

Conical thread seal
This particular shape avoids the need to use threaded gaskets for sealing. We will introduce you to the introduction of a new PTFE sealing system.
