Anaerobic adhesives
​
Anaerobic adhesives are one-component dimethacrylate adhesives that cure to the exclusion of air oxygen and metal contact to form a molecularly cross-linked plastic. This plastic clings into the surface roughness depths of the parts to be joined. A form-fitting, shock and vibration-resistant compound is formed against water, gas, oils and many other chemical fluids. In technical applications, a maximum gap filling capacity of up to 0.5 mm is possible. For cylindrical connections, the maximum gap bridging is 0.1 mm. The threads and screw connections can be sealed in a safe area of ​​0.3 mm. The curing time of the product depends on the material, the gap and the temperature. From a few minutes to an hour. The functional strength is given after one to two hours. The temperature resistance of the products is in the range of -50 ° to + 150 ° C, special products are temperature-resistant up to 230 ° C. Anaerobic adhesives are the result of extensive research and development.

Aktivatoren und Primer
​
Aktivatoren und Hilfsprodukte zur Vorbereitung von Oberflächen für anaerobe Produkte.
Aktivatoren/ Primer werden verwendet, wenn ein schnelles Fixieren erforderlich ist und die Härtezeit hierfür zu lang ist. Außerdem bei besonderen Einsatzbedingungen wie niedrigen Temperaturen, großen Toleranzen, bei passiven Materialien sowie verschmutzen und fettigen Oberflächen.
Der Beschleuniger wird auf eine bzw. beide Oberflächen -je nach Bedarf- aufgetragen. Wenn der Aktivator ein Lösungsmittel enthält, muß man einige Sekunden warten, bis es verdampft ist.
Die behandelte Oberfläche bleibt zwar lang aktiv, die Montage muß aber innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden erfolgen, nachdem der Klebstoff aufgetragen wurde.

Primer 7:
​Flüssiger Primer für Cyanacrylatklebstoffe für schwierig verklebbare Kunststoffe wie Polyäthylen, Polypropylen, Thermoplast-Elastomeren, Silikon und Teflon. Beschleunigt die Aushärtung an offenliegenden Klebestellen, so daß der Klebstoff nicht abfließt oder ausblüht
Aktivator 9:
Beschleuniger für eine sofortige Aushärtung von Cyanacrylatklebstoffen auf porösen und saugenden Materialien. Verhindert ein Ausblühen des Klebstoffes. Wird als Primer oder als Nachhärter nach der Montage verwendet, dient zur Aushärtung aller offenliegend Klebestellen. Erhältlich als Spray oder in flüssiger Form.
Aktivator 11:
Beschleuniger auf Lösunsmittelbasis für anaerobe Klebstoffe.
Ideal bei passiven Oberflächen wie Edelstahl, Chrom, Nickel, Zink oder Kunststoff um ein optimales Abbinden zu gewährleisten.
Härtezeit ca. 1 Minute. Erhältlich als Spray oder in flüssiger Form.
